Kyle connects to any AI that supports MCP. Once connected, your AI can read, create, and update notes directly in Kyle.

Download Kyle

Get Kyle on your iPhone or iPad and create your account. Important: verify your email so you can sign in during setup.

Connect your AI

Claude Web

Recommended
  1. 1.Go to claude.ai and open Customize → Connectors
  2. 2.Click the + button → Add Custom Connector
  3. 3.Paste the MCP URL: https://artifact.instantcontext.ai/api/kyle/mcp
  4. 4.Sign in with Apple when prompted

Claude handles everything automatically — no API key needed. Works in Safari on iPhone too.

Claude Desktop

  1. 1.Open Claude Desktop → Settings → MCP Servers
  2. 2.Add a new server
  3. 3.Paste the MCP URL: https://artifact.instantcontext.ai/api/kyle/mcp
  4. 4.Sign in with Apple when prompted

Claude Code

  1. 1.Run this command in your terminal:
claude mcp add kyle --transport streamable-http https://artifact.instantcontext.ai/api/kyle/mcp

You'll be prompted to sign in with Apple on first use.

API Key Setup

For clients that don't support OAuth (like Cursor and Windsurf), use your personal MCP URL with your API key built in.

1.Open Kyle on your iPhone or iPad
2.Go to Settings → Connect to AI
3.Copy your personal MCP URL
4.Paste it into your client's MCP server settings

Cursor

Open Cursor → Settings → MCP → Add a new MCP server → paste your URL.

Windsurf

Open Windsurf → Settings → MCP → Add a new MCP server → paste your URL.

Other MCP Clients

Any app that supports MCP can connect to Kyle. Add your personal MCP URL as a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP transport).

Your AI creates markdown notes that appear instantly in the Kyle app.

Your AI can read any note in your notebook for context.

Update notes

Your AI can edit existing notes — append, revise, or restructure.

Search & list

Your AI can search your notes by content and list them by tag.
